How is a happy city evaluated? What are the characteristics of this year's happy city survey? The 2020 China Urban Happiness Reportanswers these questions at the 2020 China Happy Cities Forum.

幸福城市是怎么评出来的？今年的幸福城市调查推选有何特点？2020中国幸福城市论坛上，一份《2020中国城市幸福感报告》为我们解答了这些问题。

The 2020 China Urban Happiness Reportis the result of subjective survey and objective data survey, including a series of procedures such as a questionnaire survey, big data acquisition, material application, field research, expert review and professional review committee confirmation. The "urban happiness index system" covers nine major indicators, including employment, resident income, ecological environment, urban attractiveness, public security and quality of life, as well as hundreds of secondary indicators. The overall happiness is finally obtained after weighting and summarizing the scores of specific indicators.

Nearly 1.2 million valid questionnaires were collected for this year's survey, more than double that of last year. Umer from Pakistan is a doctoral student at Henan University of Technology and knows Zhengzhou very well. According to the Three-year Action Plan for High-quality Urban Development of Zhengzhou (2020-2022), the old urban areas will be more brilliant, the new urban areas will be well-balanced, the mode of urban development will be fundamentally changed, and the urban development will be significantly improved.
