01
Salutation——
还有“To whom it may concern”也不要用。
1、Dear Mr./ Ms. Smith (具体某人)
Hi, Dear (Mr.) XXX
▷ I hope you had a good weekend.
▷ I hope you had a great trip.
▷ Hope you had a nice break.
▷ I hope you are well.
▷ I hope all is well.
▷ Hope you're enjoying your holiday.
▷ I hope this email finds you well.
▷ I hope you enjoyed the event.
▷ I'm glad we had a chance to chat at the convention.
▷ It was great to see you on Thursday.
▷ It was a pleasure to meet you yesterday.
Wishing you have the most fine day there~
Wishing you have the most beautiful days (in this wonderful season) there~[玫瑰]
Starting——
1. Thank you for your (kind) letter of January 15th.
2. It was a pleasure meeting you at the conference this month.
