《河南省普通高中招生英语考试题型调整》的说明

我省目前普通高中招生英语考试题型形成于2008年,从现在开始已经使用了12年。

根据当前国家考试改革的精神、《义务教育英语课程标准(2011年版)》五级知识目标和能力目标要求,以及我省初中英语教学的实际情况,在认真探讨和广泛征求意见的基础上,向上级主管部门提出申请并获得批准,决定调整2020年以后我省普通高中入学英语题型。

问题类型调整的依据和原因

(a)国家一级的要求

《教育部关于进一步推进高中阶段学校考试招生制度改革的指导意见》(校纪2 [2016] 4号)

(二)课程标准要求

《义务教育英语课程标准(2011年版)》是教材编写、教育、评价和考试命题的基础,是国家管理和评价教育质量的基础文件。

在《评价提案》中指出,课程标准应避免过分强调知识的调查和语言的实际运用的倾向,从而切实提高评价的效果。对语言知识的调查要重点调查学生的知识运用能力,不能孤立地调查知识点或对知识的机械记忆。终点性评价要将知识和技术有机结合,重点调查学生在具体语境下使用英语的能力,渗透对情感态度、学习策略和文化意识的考查。要选择真实地道的语言素材,根据语言的实际使用情况提出命题。

(三)我省高考英语试题的变化

从2014年开始,我省高考英语试题(全国I卷)取消了20个“单项选择”,增加了“语篇型语法填空”。“语篇型语法填空”强调语篇,强调运用,引导教师过分强调英语教学中存在的语法规则,忽视语言功能,忽视过分重视水溶性技术的学习,忽视生产性语言技能的培养的现象。

语言知识存在于语篇中,只有在真实的社会环境中才能反映出该语言的含义。

由于“单一选择”的存在,教师们将语言知识从语篇中剥离出来,教育纯粹是讲授语言知识。因此,对英语语言进行碎片化处理,使学生对英语语言的本质不太了解,产生了“费时低效”的问题。

命题时,由于语言情况的要求,两大题型“单项选择”和“完形填空”越来越融合。

我省高考英语“单项选择”取消6年后,为保证小初高中英语教学的一致性,切实实践英语学科核心素养的理念,在我省普通高中入学英语试题中取消“单项选择”并调整题型是必然的。

(d)兄弟省市的做法

在新课程改革的情况下,目前各省市正在积极探索更加科学地调查学生的语用能力的方法。

从2017年开始,陕西省和广东广州、湖北荆门、内蒙古赤峰、湖南常德、湖南衡阳、湖南娄底、山东德州、山东济宁。

一些省市减少了个别选考试题的数量,如北京、陕西、河北、吉林。

从未来英语考试的命题趋势来看,单项选择将逐渐被新的提问型取代。这种试卷结构的变化进一步降低了客观选择题的比例,提高了主观题的考察能力,顺应了时代对英语语言综合运用能力考试的要求。这也将对我省中小学英语教学起到良好的指导作用。

附:语篇填空题型说明(分两节)

第一节

10个小题,每小题1分,共10分。

题目要求和原来一样,备选词原为12个,现改为10个。降低了考查的难度。
