可以是发给客户的放假通知,有的可以设置为自动回复。自行取用。

Good day! / Hope you are fine! / Greetings!(我常用的几种问候语)
Our Chinese new year is coming. We will start our CNY holiday from 日期 to 日期. / Our office will closed from 日期, and will back on 日期. / I am out of office for Chinese new year during 日期-日期. (通知放假时间。后面两种也适合做自动回复的放假通知)
I will have limited access to my emails,so will respond on my return./ I may not be able to reply your email immediately during my absence. / I may reply emails at my convenience. (根据情况选用看是放假期间方便回复还是不方便回复)
If any urgent please contact xxxxx. / Please contact xxxxx for any urgent. (急事的联系方式最好还是留一个,电话或者同事邮箱之类的)
好了,简单够用就可以了。
